From the Contact Center’s annual food drive and breast cancer awareness to supporting our clients’ charitable organizations across the country, ELEAD1ONE continues to embody what it means to be a corporate citizen. In addition to supporting local organizations and charities in Valdosta, Georgia, and the Destin, Florida area, ELEAD1ONE provided monetary and voluntary support to worthy charities across the country.
ELEAD1ONE continues its commitment to our military men and women by supporting Patriot Paws. The ten-year-old organization based in Rockwall, Texas trains and provides service dogs to disabled veterans and others with mobile and emotional disabilities at no charge. More than 70 dogs have been trained and matched up with veterans all across the United States. Strangers from all walks of life are brought together to provide the support needed to help our veterans restore their physical and emotional independence. 250 volunteers from across Texas including students in the Texas A&M Puppy Raiser program and inmates at two prisons in Texas help prepare man’s best friend for their assignment over an 18-month to two-year period. ELEAD1ONE’s donations help to defray the $35,000 cost of training each service animal and the veteran’s travel to and from the training facility.
ELEAD1ONE provides ongoing financial support to the Oakland California Youth Outreach, Inc. (OCYO). A portion of our monthly sales helps fund case management services for high-risk youth and young adults in the Central and East Oakland areas through street outreach and gang violence prevention. The organization offers services such as conflict mediation, educational support, career, and personal development in some of the most volatile neighborhoods in Northern California.
ELEAD1ONE Contact Center team members donate their time as a group to support Valdosta area organizations such as Habitat for Humanity throughout the year. Besides building a strong Contact Center team, employees help usher neighbors throughout the community into homeownership, giving families a chance to thrive and succeed.
Thanks to Contact Center Operations Manager Suzan Igou and the whole Contact Center team, ELEAD1ONE was able to make a donation to support the programs at Berrien County VFW & LAVFW Post 5978. The organization has a rich tradition of serving veterans, military families, and the Berrien County community. ELEAD1ONE also supports the servicemen and women of Moody Air Force Base in Lowndes and Lanier counties in Georgia, home to the 23rd Wing of Air Combat Command.
ELEAD1ONE provides financial and volunteer support to a variety of organizations that educate the community on vital health initiatives such as breast cancer awareness through t-shirt sale proceeds. Employees have also held food drives every Fall to support organizations such as Hungry at Home and the Second Harvest Food Bank.
