The Award Process

This is the seventh year Auto Dealer Monthly has held the Dealers’ Choice Awards, which recognize the most highly-regarded vendors, suppliers, and finance companies in the retail automotive industry, as voted on by dealers and dealership personnel.

This year, a total of 54 awards were presented to 45 companies in 21 distinctive categories of products and services. Dealers and dealership personnel rated providers in each category in four areas: 1) the product or service provided, 2) customer support and service, 3) the overall value for dollars spent, and 4) whether the dealer would recomment the provider.
