Patriot Paws
Elead continues its commitment to our military men and women by supporting Patriot Paws. The ten-year-old organization based in Rockwall, Texas trains and provides service dogs to disabled veterans and others with mobile and emotional disabilities at no charge. More than 70 dogs have been trained and matched up with veterans all across the United States. Strangers from all walks of life are brought together to provide the support needed to help our veterans restore their physical and emotional independence. 250 volunteers from across Texas including students in the Texas A&M Puppy Raiser program and inmates at two prisons in Texas help prepare man's best friend for their assignment over an 18-month to two-year period.
Oakland California Youth Outreach Inc.
Elead provides ongoing financial support to the Oakland California Youth Outreach, Inc. (OCYO). A portion of our monthly sales helps fund case management services for high-risk youth and young adults in the Central and East Oakland areas through street outreach and gang violence prevention. The organization offers services such as conflict mediation, educational support, career, and personal development in some of the most volatile neighborhoods in Northern California.
Habitat for Humanity
Elead BDC team members donate their time as a group to support Valdosta area organizations such as Habitat for Humanity throughout the year. Besides building a strong BDC team, employees help usher neighbors throughout the community into homeownership, giving families a chance to thrive and succeed.
